Construction Logistics Group are currently looking for Site Supervisor for a construction site in Dublin.
This is a long term role starting on 6th Jan 2025.
Working in partnership with a range of construction companies across UK and Europe, we are constantly expanding and looking for candidates to grow as part of our team.
Responsibilities: * Completing reports: Providing regular reports to the construction manager or site manager * Assisting with planning: Helping project managers plan work activities * Motivating staff: Motivating and disciplining staff as needed * Seeing projects through: Ensuring projects are completed on time and to completion * Managing construction workers: Overseeing the construction team and subcontractors, assigning tasks, and creating work schedules * Ensuring safety: Identifying potential hazards, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring workers follow health and safety regulations * Managing materials: Ordering and delivering construction materials, and ensuring the crew has the right materials for the job * Organizing maintenance: Ensuring machinery is properly maintained before construction begins Qualifications & Experience * Previous experience as Site Supervisor * Safe Pass + Manual handling * CSCS card for Supervisor * Good communication skills Benefits: * Fortnightly Payments * 39 hours paid per week (including breaks) + overtime hours at higher rate * Employement * Possibility of continuing with us in other projects after successful completion of this one.
