At present the post is located in St Luke's Hospital Rathgar but the post holder may be expected to attend the SLRON facility on the campus of Beaumont Hospital, Dublin or the SLRON facility on the site of St. James's Hospital, Dublin.
The post involves a secondment to the Medical Physics and Clinical Engineering department at St Vincent's University Hospital (SVUH) up to two days per week.
A panel may be formed from which future permanent or specified purpose vacancies of full time or part time duration will be filled. The tenure of these posts will be indicated at the job offer stage.
