This is our role SMB Account Executive (DACH) for those who can find a common language with anyone in the world.Tasks in the roleIdentify new opportunities & qualify leadsDrive a funnel of qualified leads to closureEffectively discover & grade the implications of a lead's problemCreate compelling content with a clear goal in mind: qualify leads & win new clientsPrepare & present business case presentations for leadsLead & close negotiationsManage & close procurement of accounts and handover to customer successContribute & take pride in all team targetsManage & exceed your own personal targetsCompete journey consultation - conducting research, asking the right questions, understanding their goals, and applying our solution (as well as industry best practices) to their business processesBusiness Acumen: Measure & improve Competitive Intelligence & Enablement product marketing, & sales KPIsWho we are looking forDegree in marketing, economics, or an acceptable combination of education & experience3+ years of experience in B2B software sales: prospecting, qualifying leads, closing deals, creating content follow-ups, & exceeding targetsSolid experience in sales methodologies, BANT qualification, meeting control, account development, & time managementExcellent negotiation skills & knowledge of managing procurement1+ year of Martech/SalesTech and product marketing strategies, processes, positioning, messaging, sales conversion optimization, etcImpeccable verbal & written communication, listening, & problem-solving skillsReady to grow - you're self-motivated, adaptive & an agile learnerReady to succeed- you're independent & success-driven, but still a team playerNative or bilingual English and GermanNot required, but a plusGoogle Suite KnowledgeSlack SoftwareYou share our common values: Trust, because we prefer to speak up and be our true selves; Sense of Ownership, because it's not worth wasting time on something you don't believe in; and enthusiasm for Constant Changes, because we are always looking to make things betterWe will try to create all the right conditions for you to work and rest comfortablyIt's up to you to decide what work format works best for you.
