My client, a leading organisation dedicated to providing high-quality facilities management services, is currently looking to recruit a Facilities Contracts Manager for an immediate start.
Their mission is to ensure that their operations meet and exceed their client's expectations while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
They prioritise customer support, quality assurance, and sustainable practices.
Main responsibilities include: Formulate and manage contract budgets to ensure effective cost control and alignment with financial objectives.
Promote company aims by delivering on quality levels and customer support objectives central to their core business.
Ensure safe working environments for subcontractors, providing the necessary facilities for uninterrupted operations.
Oversee maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in compliance with site-specific and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for each client and subcontractor to enhance performance and accountability.
The ideal candidate will have the following: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer focused FM role.
Proven experience in facilities management or contract management.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budget formulation and cost control.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and subcontractor engagement.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to facilities management and safety standards.
Ability to implement quality measures and continuous improvement processes.
Third Level qualification or equivalent Financial and budgetary experience /Project management experience Energy management experience / qualification would be advantageous People management experience Full Clean drivers licence Due to the urgency of this vacancy, it is not possible for our client at this time to consider anyone without the appropriate work permits, visas or sponsorships already in place.
