Snagger Required In Tipperary

Dunwood Contracting Services are currently looking for an experienced internal snagger in Cahir, Co Tipperary.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed inspections of new build properties to identify defects, snags, and quality issues.
Compile snagging lists and report findings to the site manager and relevant teams.
Carry out minor repairs and adjustments where necessary.
Coordinate with subcontractors and trades to rectify identified issues promptly.
Ensure all snagging work is completed to the highest standard and within the set timeframes.
Maintain accurate records of all inspections, snagging lists, and completed works.
Candidates must have their own tools as well as a valid safepass and manual handling.
