As the primary point of contact for UK&I HR-related inquiries, you'll provide exceptional customer support, offering guidance and solutions on a wide range of HR subjects. From addressing day-to-day questions to providing insightful advice on employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and HR policies, you'll be the trusted advisor our team relies on.

Job Requirements
Actively support the reasonable response time and follow-up to questions from employees and managers.
Provide consultation to managers in the areas of: Compensation; employee transfer and movement; annual and ongoing performance management including coaching and guidance; Sickness leave & return to work from leave; various HR programs.
Serve as escalation point within the team for complex policy and process questions.
Coach managers and employees through formal and informal performance counselling.
Lead and contribute to the development and documentation of in-scope HR Operations processes.
Drive continuous improvement in HR Operations by identifying areas for change, automation, improved documentation.
Establish and maintain a high level of HR knowledge of required regions.
Skill Requirements
Customer service experience, in an (international) HR environment.
Strong communication skills.
Strong organizing and time management skills; ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent requests for support.
Flexible working attitude.
Beyond reproach and the ability to confidentially manage personal and employee information.
Working knowledge of HRIS systems, including SAP/SuccessFactors, preferred.
Experience working in case and knowledge management software, like ServiceNow, preferred.
Proficient user of MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Ability to execute routine and complex reporting using MS Excel.
At least 5 years of related customer service and HR generalist experience, or HR Shared Services
Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR qualification (CIPD)
Worked in an international company before, with supporting UK&I
