Job Summary
We are looking for a Sr. Benefits Manager to join our Global Total Rewards Team. This individual will have a generalized focus on EMEA strategy and benefit programs and reports to the Director, Global Benefits. This role manages a team of SMEs and will work alongside our regional benefit program managers in the U.S. and APAC to help create a cohesive, employee-forward global benefits strategy for NetApp. We are seeking a colleague who enjoys working independently but collaboratively in a team environment within a fast-paced and dynamic company.
Job Responsibilities
With the help of experienced individual contributors on your team, drive the strategic evolution and execution of our benefit programs in 21 EMEA countries in line with NetApp's strategy, culture, and values
Pension management/oversight
Ensure compliance and achieve equitable and competitive benefits in-region
Establish and measure key benefits program metrics
Design and proactively recommend benefit programs by assessing NetApp's needs, reviewing market and general industry practices and trends, and analyzing cost impact/effectiveness
Be continuously on the lookout for process improvement with our internal cross-functional partners or external vendors
Work with Global Procurement Services to build and maintain workable flows for contract renewals and implementations
Own/manage the annual EMEA financial planning and forecasting in cooperation with local partners, consultants, and SMEs
Lead and manage projects with cross-functional stakeholders (VP of Total Rewards and Wellbeing, our CHRO, HRBPs, Business Unit leaders, HRLT, People Operations, Payroll, Finance, etc.)
Support regional M&A or divestiture initiatives in conjunction with leadership, business partners and various stakeholders for a successful integration and transition of benefits
Lead, plan and coordinate effective communications and benefits education
Help/support other global programs
Job Requirements
5+ years of experienced leadership in benefits strategy, administration and communications for multiple European countries (technology environment preferred)
3+ years of people-management experience (global experience preferred)
Experience with effectively scaling a global function to support the company's business goals and growth, with a strong awareness of best practices
Proven track record of managing benefit plans and providers in EMEA
Experience working with senior stakeholders on delivery of benefit programs
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make recommendations and decisions; Excel expertise is required
Experience benchmarking benefits programs vs. the tech market and using the information in program design and updates
Ability to manage multiple ambiguous projects through completion, on time and on budget, and to prioritize in a rapidly changing environment
Hands-on experience with Mergers & Acquisitions
Superior language, written and oral, communication skills required

The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education.
