We are looking to hire a Senior SCCM/InTune Engineer to join our expanding EUC team on a permanent basis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Work with the existing team to ensure the platform is highly availableContinue to recommend improvements for the platformWork with the team to evolve the platform and implement recommendationsScale the existing platform to support the enterpriseProvide training to Service desk & site support team membersAct as a point of escalation for Service Desk & site support teamsWork with stakeholders to identify their needsContinue to stay up to date with new technologiesEnsure a seamless user experience across the platformExperience, Education and Skills: Required: 5 years' experience working on SCCM/InTune in an enterprise environmentAbility to manage and maintain:Collections, Site System role deployments including DP & PXEBoundary ManagementInTune & Co ManagementSoftware patch management & client supportReporting with PowerBiExperience with MDM PlatformsIntuneCitrix Endpoint ManagementNexThinkKnowledge of Agile/Scrum management practicesUnderstanding of DevOps conceptsSystems integration experienceStrong Troubleshooting SkillsSAFe AgileExperience in managing requirements in a fast-paced and changing business environment.Experience of working effectively within a team-oriented and collaborative environment.At McKesson, we care about the well-being of the patients and communities we serve, and that starts with caring for our people.
