Social Care Assistants

Camphill Communities of Ireland are currently recruiting for Social Care Assistant's for Multiple Locations Qualifications and Experience Hold a minimum of a QQI in Level 5 Major Award on the QQI Framework - BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent qualification in Community/Health or Social Care Have 1 years experience working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities An understanding of current policy and developments at national and sectoral level in relation to Social Care within disability services An ability to follow plans and methods to meet the ongoing needs of the individuals supported Effective interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
Proficient IT skills relevant to the role, to include Microsoft Office Excel, Word, SharePoint, One Drive and Teams A full driver's licence and availability of own car is an essential requirement Locations are outlined below: Ballybay, Co Monaghan Ballymoney, Co Wexford Carrick on Suir, Co Tipperary Grangemockler, Co Tipperary Jerpoint, Co Kilkenny Kyle, Co Kilkenny Callan, Co Kilkenny Grangebeg, Co Kildare Dunshane, Co Kildare The Bridge, Co Kildare Greenacres, Co Dublin Dingle, Co Kerry Pay scale €27,975 to €33,306 (based on a 40 hour week) If you are interested in applying and match the criteria then we would love to hear from you.
