Description: CPL Healthcare is delighted to announce our partnership with our client who works with young people to provide high-quality care – protecting and supporting them to build resilience and recover from early life trauma.
Through the use of their trauma-informed practice, they can help their young people reach their full potential and give them a chance at a brighter future.We are currently accepting applications from Social Care Leaders in the Dunleer, Louth area to work as part of a team in providing the necessary care to vulnerable young people within their residential service.To be considered for the role, interested applicants must meet the following criteria:· A minimum level 7 qualification in Social Care or relevant equivalent· Full, clean, manual driver's licence (valid in Ireland) desired· Minimum of 2 years' experience in Social Care· Knowledge of the Irish National Standards in Children's Residential Centres· Eligible to work in Ireland.This exciting new opportunity will encapsulate the day-to-day care of young people, but also guide and prepare them for life as they grow in this service – if you want to know how you can be a part of this, get in touch!
