Desired Criteria Required Criteria 3 years relevant experience working with children/young people from challenging backgrounds Successfully completed Key working roles (or equivalent) for a minimum of 6 months Up to date knowledge of legislation surrounding Residential Childcare and Safeguarding Experience of multi-disciplinary working with a range of professionals in the industry Ability to deliver reports and meet deadlines Full driving licence Flexible approach to meet business needs Level 7 qualification (degree) or above in one of the following: Social Care Social Work Health and Social Child & Adolescent Psychotherapy Youth & Community Teaching Nursing Social Science Addiction Counselling Counselling / Psychotherapy Family Support Disability Studies Applied Behavioural Analysis Early Years Care Closing Date Monday 30th September, 2024
