Social Care Leader

Avista is a dynamic disability service providing clinical supports and residential and respite services to children with complex disability needs and their families.
You will be joining dynamic, family centred, interdisciplinary teams with excellent access to supervision and support from team.
The candidates will work in partnership with families within a family centred model.
We have 3 childrens disability network teams in Blanchardstown, Blakestown & Cabra. APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITION: SOCIAL CARE LEADER CHILDREN'S RESIDENTIAL SERVICES, DUBLIN/MEATH PERMANENT FULL -TIME CONTRACT (39 Hours Per Week). OHANA Kilbride Co. Meath Salary: €54,699 -€63,877 *Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience. Essential: · CORU recognised Social Care Qualification

· Full clean Irish Manual driving licence.

· Recognised Management Qualification FETAC/QQ1 Level 6 or equivalent

· Knowledge of Health Act 2007 & HIQA and Person in Charge Role.

· Experience of working with children and young adults with disabilities and complex needs including autism, behaviours of concern and mental health needs.

· Have a holistic and person-centred approach to ensure that children and young adults are supported to live their best lives
