Daffodil Care Services are hiring for Social Care Leaders, Social Care Workers & Relief Social Care Workers for our mainstream services in Mitchelstown & Mallow.
Who we are - Daffodil Care Services is one of Irelands leading social care service providers providing a range of services to meet the needs of young people and their families, these include registered residential and aftercare supports and services as well as community outreach.
Working as part of this team and collaboration with the Centre Manager and Social Care Leaders, you will be responsible for providing high quality social care and a safe, caring and stabilising environment to vulnerable young people aged between 12-17 years.
You will play a key role in the delivery of individualized day-to-day activities in the residential service.

What we can offer you: Attractive starting salary package for our Social Care Leaders of €43,800 - €46,000 Attractive starting salary package for our Full time Social Care Workers €38,953 - €41,000 per annum for SCW (depending on experience) inclusive of sleeping time and premiums Incremental salary scale Typical schedule of 2 X twenty four-hour (sleepover) shifts per week - can be a combination of sleepover and 12 hour shifts to suit the needs of the service.
