Social Care Manager

CPL Healthcare is delighted to announce we are now accepting CVs for the role of Social Care Manager with our client in a disability service in Swords, Co. Dublin.
Our client provides support to over 500 people across County Meath and North County Dublin.
They pride themselves on providing their service users with intellectual disabilities with such support and help them to reach their full potential in their everyday lives.
A successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations and management of the Service in Swords and work closely with the Area Manager to ensure that the delivery of services is exceptionally high-quality for all service users.
As the Social Care Manager, you must ensure that the service is aligning with the HSE New Directions Policy and that all the organisation's guidelines and standards are being adhered to.
To effectively cater to the needs and priorities of the individuals, the successful candidate's working week could include evenings, early mornings, and weekends.
Requirements: Must have a minimum of a level 7 qualification in one of the following: Social Care, Education and Training, Intellectual Disability Nursing, Allied Health Professions or a related qualification.Must have a minimum of five years' relevant post-qualification experience in a Social Care Services setting.Must have a minimum of two years' experience in a leadership/management role.A full clean manual driver's license.If you match the above criteria and would be interested in this role, please email Tracy Brady or click on the Apply now button.
