CPL Healthcare is delighted to announce that we have partnered up with a Social Care provider for young people and adults who have disabilities and complex needs in a residential setting. Our client provides residential support to their service users and uses a strengths-based approach to ensure each service user has an opportunity to live their best life.

This facility in the disability sector offers enhanced services and facilities to service users with a physical and sensory disability. Successful candidates will work in a residential setting supporting individuals with all activities of daily living and enable them to live independent lives in line with HIQA national standards.

We are currently accepting CVs for Social Care Workers for residential services in Blackrock, Cork. This is a minimum 30-hour contract per week. Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

To actively engage with each client's Key Worker in the implementation of Person Centred and Care Plans. To assist clients with activities of daily living including personal care needs. To be aware of the Health Act 2007 and the H.I.Q.A Regulations for Disability Services. To ensure the delivery of appropriate, safe and effective services to clients. Requirements for this role: Minimum of a QQI level 7 degree in Social Care or relevant qualification. Excellent command of spoken and written English. Knowledge of HIA standards.
