RecruitNet International Ltd is specializing in relocating qualified professionals throughout Ireland and overseas,   We are Hiring  a Social Care worker for  our Nursing home in County Mayo Full-time/Part-time, permanent contract ( Day, night, sleepover shifts) Key Responsibilities Give the client a secure and encouraging environment.
Providing company, helping with everyday duties, and helping with transportation when required Encourage the client's social integration and community involvement initiatives.
Encourage the client's freedom and help them reach their own objectives by working closely with them.
Establish a relationship of trust with the client by offering emotional support and companionship.
Requirements Must have a degree level 7/8 qualification in Social Care/Social Studies or a related discipline.
The capacity to cover the weekends and work evenings.
Full clean driving licence.
Prior experience working as a social worker, particularly in the areas of complex needs, intellectual disability, and mental health care.
Ability to work on own initiative.
A fluent level of English, both written and oral, is essential.
Must be flexible – willing and able to adapt to changing circumstances, shift patterns and expectations.
Must be eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland.
