The Social Care Worker should be responsible, reliable, and skilled in household management, creating a homely and supportive environment.
They must possess maturity, conflict resolution skills, and the ability to empower individuals with diverse perspectives.
Responsibilities Support individuals with intellectual disabilities in daily living, personal care, and community integration.
Develop and implement person-centered plans.
Foster autonomy, advocacy, and social skills.
Manage household operations, finances, and team coordination.
Ensure compliance with policies, health, safety, and HIQA standards.
Requirements Level 7 qualification in Social Care or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience with vulnerable adults.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and IT skills.
Full drivers license and own transport.
