The successful candidate will be responsible for providing care and support to children aged between 13-17 on a day-to-day basis, ensuring their basic needs are met whilst realizing and growing their potential.
This service is also in a great stage of development with an intellectual disability service due to open in the coming weeks, as well as an aftercare service being in the developmental stages - great opportunities to gain a vast amount of experience within the service!
The culture of this service is one of collaboration and teamwork within each house. Team members are there to support and encourage each other throughout each individual's journey in their career, with leadership & management positions primarily taking place through internal promotions.
