Social Care Worker

Cpl healthcare is pleased to announce its collaboration with a new children's Residential service located in Tullow, Carlow. We are presenting a remarkable opportunity for social care workers to become permanent members of our client's team, contributing to the essential care of vulnerable young individuals within their residential facility.

To be considered for the role, interested applicants must meet the following criteria:

Possess at least a level 7 qualification in social care or an equivalent qualification. Experience in a residential environment with children is desirable but not mandatory. Exhibit strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities. Demonstrate the capacity to collaborate effectively with a team as well as to work autonomously. Flexibility in working hours is essential, including availability for weekends, daytime, evening, waking night, and sleepover shifts. A full, clean driver's license is required with both manual and automatic licenses being acceptable.
