Our client is a large organisation focused on preventing homelessness and empowering young people to overcome challenges and build brighter futures.
They are currently seeking a dedicated Social Care Worker to join their team.
The Role: Become part of a passionate team dedicated to making a difference!
As a Social Care Worker, youll provide essential care, protection, and guidance for vulnerable young people, working with experienced professionals to develop tailored support plans that foster growth and resilience.
Key Responsibilities: Advocate for and support young individuals, guiding them through challenges Address trauma, manage challenging behaviours, and foster resilience Promote physical, emotional, and social well-being across all areas of life Build strong communication bridges with families and agencies Keep accurate, detailed records to ensure top-quality care Involve youth in decision-making that impacts their lives Participate in team and agency meetings to stay aligned and informed Adhere to policies and procedures, ensuring top standards are met Essential Requirements: Degree in Social Care or a related field Background in social care, child protection, and working with adolescents Effective communicator, empathetic, and resilient Ready for a 24/7 shift roster, including nights and 12-hour shifts Full, clean driving license required Desirable Requirements: Familiarity with Therapeutic Crisis Intervention is a plus Apply Today: If you're ready to explore this incredible opportunity please send your CV to Please note that Garda Vetting and reference checks are required.
