Social Care Workers, Disability Service

Cpl Healthcare are currently seeking Social Care professionals to join a reputable service in the West of Ireland supporting individuals with disabilities in a residential service. Locations for these services are as follows: Limerick, Galway, Roscommon, Sligo, and Longford. We require residential Social Care Workers to provide high-quality care to the service users, promoting independence and person-centred planning, contributing to the service's day-to-day running.
A successful candidate will have: A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or relevantClear understanding of person-centred care and keyworkingUnderstanding and experience of risk assessments and safeguarding of vulnerable adultsWorking knowledge of HIQA policies and proceduresWorking knowledge of Children's First guidelines and proceduresFull Clean Manual Driving LicenseSuccessful candidates will have an opportunity for professional growth and to be part of an energetic and hard-working team that provides an emotionally and psychologically safe place where service users celebrate their independent living skills and engage in activities.
