ARCS are currently recruiting for Full Time, Part Time & Relief Social Care Workers & Support Workers for their Autism and Disabilities centre based in Annestown, Co. Waterford.
Who we are - As a Social Care Worker / Support Worker and working as part of a team you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities in the residential centre and work in close collaboration with the Deputy Team Leader and Team Lead in creating and maintaining a warm, accepting and secure environment for the young people in your care and will play a key role in the delivery of the highest standard of therapeutic residential services.
What we can offer you: Attractive starting salary package for our Full time Social Care Workers of €38,900- €41,000  annually (commensurate on experience)  Attractive starting salary package for our Full time Support Workers of €35,200 - €37,40 0  annually (commensurate on experience)  inclusive of sleeping time and premiums.
Incremental salary scale Combination of shifts patterns i.e.
24-hour shifts, 12-hour shifts, Live waking night shifts.
