We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies that align with our brand's marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).Create, curate, and manage content that engages target audiences, increases brand awareness, and boosts online presence.Monitor SEO and user engagement, suggest content optimization, and generate creative campaigns to grow follower base.Analyze social media metrics, track performance, and prepare reports to optimize results.Develop and schedule regular social media posts that are consistent with the brand's voice and goals.Interact with followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.Manage online reputation by monitoring feedback and online reviews.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.Set up and manage paid social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).Ensure paid campaigns are aligned with broader marketing strategies and are optimized for performance.Use analytical tools to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.Qualifications: Proven track record of growing social media accounts and increasing engagement.Experience in setting up and managing social media ad campaigns.Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.If you are passionate about social media, have a history of delivering measurable results, and want to be part of a creative team, we want to hear from you!
