Soft Services SME Overall Purpose of the Job: Are you passionate about creating safe, comfortable, and productive environments? As our Soft Services Manager, you'll enhance and innovate soft services at our client premises. Reporting to the Account Manager, you will ensure top-notch service quality while driving cost savings and efficiency. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Financial Management: Oversee soft services finances, including account reconciliation, billing, and cost control. Cost Efficiency: Identify and implement cost-saving measures. Quality Assurance: Ensure services meet or exceed quality standards and customer expectations. Safety Compliance: Maintain safe working environments and support subcontractors. Service Management: Manage service delivery to meet SLAs and KPIs. Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of feedback and continuous improvement. Team Training: Ensure staff are well-trained and compliant with HR policies. Reporting: Prepare and present regular service reports to management. Client Communication: Attend meetings and address service-related issues promptly. Qualifications and Experience: Experience: At least 5 years in soft services within the Life Sciences industry, managing pharmaceutical and laboratory environments. Skills: Strong project management, multitasking, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Qualifications: COSHH trained, with a full driving license, and proficient in major software packages. Attributes: Initiative, logical thinking, ability to work under pressure, and customer-focused approach. Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 16:30.
