We are seeking skilled IT Software Developers to join our dynamic Digital & Technology team. As a key player in our Digital Delivery team, you'll be instrumental in driving the strategic ambitions of the Irish Life Group. You will develop and deliver technical solutions within a customer-centric culture, enhancing the experience and performance of our digital properties.
What you will help us to achieveCreate Engaging Digital Experiences: Develop user-friendly web application interfaces that delight customers and advisors and are best-in-class digital experiences.Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Work with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, UX/UI designers, QA, business stakeholders, and the wider IT community.Lead the design and development of digital customer and advisor journeys on our digital properties.Contribute to strategic planning activities, including scoping and sizing.Perform critical analysis and peer code reviews.Represent the team in workshops to ensure optimal solutions.Mentor and train team members as needed.Collaborate with business partners and third-party vendors.Challenge team standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Stay current with new skills and technologies.What you will need to be successful in the roleProven experience in building engaging digital experiences.Excellent collaboration skills in a multi-disciplinary, agile team environment.In-depth knowledge of frontend technologies to optimize user experience and business objectives.Relevant business knowledge.Data-driven problem-solving skills.Proven leadership ability.Eagerness to stay updated with the latest industry standards and technologies.Influencing skills to drive best practices and produce efficient, reusable code.Strong analytical skills.Desired Knowledge / Experience / Skills Communication and InfluencingPlanning and OrganisingProblem Solving and Decision MakingInnovation and ChangeTeam Working and Cross Functional CollaborationAbout us Irish Life is one of Ireland's largest financial institutions with a presence across a range of financial services markets.
