Join Nitro's Engineering Team The Engineering Team at Nitro is responsible for building high-performance, scalable solutions that drive our product innovation. We are now looking for a Software Engineer Intern (C++) to support our team in developing and optimising software solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our engineers and cross-functional teams to contribute to the design, development, and improvement of key systems.
What you'll do: Assist in developing and optimising tools and systems related to our desktop C++ applications. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code under the guidance our team of engineers. Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions and new features. Contribute to code reviews, ensuring best practices for testable, clean, and maintainable code. Support the development of new functionalities based on product requirements. What we're looking for: Strong interest in software engineering and C++ software development. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work well in a collaborative, cross-functional, agile team environment. Familiarity with an object-oriented programming language, and version control systems (e.g., Git). Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, testing, and system design principles. About you You're not just bright, you shine! Your intellect and energy make you stand out.
