Your Role and Responsibilities
The IBM Digital Labor team is seeking talented and motivated individuals to work as a Software Development Manager on our watsonx Orchestrate service. You will be the personnel manager for a 12-15 member team of engineers responsible for building a culture of high performance, trust, inclusivity and fun. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and you'll be working closely with developers, designers, product managers, and support teams to ensure our software aligns seamlessly with user expectations. It is expected that you have enough relevant technical experience to provide guidance to your team, surface risks and unblock progress. This role seeks strong levels of personal organization and the ability to work well within a distributed global team in a fast-paced and exciting environment.
