What is the opportunity?We are looking for an accomplished Software Test Analyst to help us to continue our build of best in class digital platforms.
The Software Test Analyst will lead quality assurance efforts using appropriate frameworks and tooling.
You will ensure our new platforms, features or functionality meets our quality standards whilst improving our test processes along the way!
In this role, you will:Work with solution architects, business analysts and developers to create appropriate test plans and designs to ensure sufficient coverage of requirements.Create relevant business and technical test cases using in-depth review of requirements.Report on overall test status and follow defects to identify root cause and resolution.Liaise with Scrum Masters, POs and engineers to outline test entry and exit criteria.Participate in projects of varying methodologies to ensure quality standards in software and product are maintained.What will make you stand out?A strong candidate will love to know how things work and have an eye for detail that allows you to design and implement tests to validate software so that it performs just how it was intended.
You will enjoy communicating the results of your tests to different audiences to show how to improve the software quality outcomes.

Holding qualifications in any of the following will help you to stand out but is not necessary in order to apply for this role:
Test Automation certification.Project Management qualifications advantageous (e.g Agile, IPMA, PMP, PRINCE2).Essential QualificationsISTQB Advanced.Qualified in Computer Science, IT or Software Engineering.More about the teamThe Software Test Analyst position is part of the I.T group within the Wealth and Insurance business unit.
The team comprises a dynamic and dedicated mix of I.T professionals across the entire Software Delivery Lifecycle.
The role will have a significant impact in delivery of our customer facing digital applications.
This job can be done anywhere in Republic of Ireland with the primary office location as Dublin to which travel will be required for in person collaboration.
Exact frequency to be agreed with manager.
