Further sites are being developed to support the business expansion. Role Description We are looking to recruit a Software Validation Tester to join our expanding team.
We are seeking a detail-orientated individual with strong analytical skills who can work closely with analysts and developers on our team.
The role will be based in Belview Port, Waterford and will involve working in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment. Responsibilities/ Duties: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate product functionality, usability and performance accordance with industry standards and internal protocols Execute test scripts and capture test evidence, identify potential issues Develop suite of test cases to cover all functionality, via both manual and automated testing using a variety of tools and methodologies Investigate and troubleshoot test failures, reporting findings and collaborate with developers to diagnose root cause Prepare associated documentation for system validation Work with the IT and Quality department to ensure validations are in line with validation standards. Create documentation and reports across the entire validation life cycle Stay up to date on industry standards and best practices for test validation Participate in the development and implementation of new testing methodologies Drive the improvement of testing processes and documentation Skills & Qualifications: Essential Level 7/8 qualification in related discipline: Quality, Engineering, Science or Computer Science Experience in test validation or a related field Excellent oral and written communication skills Detail-orientated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Working knowledge of testing methodologies and tools Ability to work independently and interpersonal skills to successfully work as part of a team and with project stakeholders Advantageous Technical Experience Experience in a logistics environment, ideally a regulated environment (ie: Pharma) Knowledge of Software Development and Validation Life Cycle.
