About the Role We are seeking a software verification and testing team lead and manager to join our machine learning verification team. The verification lead will be responsible for managing a team of testers to ensure that the software product meets the highest quality standards, and for working with internal teams to ensure the end-to-end testing meets customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in software testing, excellent analytical and technical skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.
Responsibilities will include: Leading a team of 5-10 engineers to develop a verification process for complex machine learning compiler software.Defining acceptance criteria, performance metrics, and test accuracy.Working closely with the development team to clarify requirements, provide feedback on code quality, drive documentation improvements, and ensure defects identification and resolution occurs on time.Ensuring that the software product meets the highest quality standards.Ensuring that the team is meeting customer requirements.Being the primary driver of code quality.Developing and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test scripts.What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant discipline.
