Elaine Byrne Solicitors firm focuses on the following areas: Wills and Estate Planning Enduring Powers of Attorney Matters under the Assisted Decision Making (Capacity) Act 2015 Probate (including applications for Grants of Probate, Letters of Administration, and de Bonis Non Grants) Contentious Probate and Litigation Conveyancing (purchases, sales, and transfers) Required attributes:  Minimum of three years post qualification experience in probate, conveyancing, or related areas Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently Proficient in case management software (LEAP experience preferred) Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, "can-do" approach Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients and colleagues What Elaine Byrne Solicitors offer:  Full or part time position to suit the ideal candidate Competitive salary, commensurate with experience A positive, collaborative team culture in a highly respected practice #J-18808-Ljbffr
