Details of the offer

I am currently seeking a Solicitor for our Galway based client who are a financial services organisation. This role is initially for a 1 year contract with hybrid options available. The successful candidate will be assisting the Legal Team with managing queries from within the business, managing litigation data and relationships with panel firms and enhancing the legal recovery strategy.
Role Responsibilities: Driving the litigation process to ensure the successful outcome of litigation cases.Knowledge in seeking Judgment proceedings in the High Court and Circuit Court.Provide legal guidance to teams in relation to case management legal issues.Advise on security and title issues raised by the secured teams and manage remediation projects in respect of same.Liaise with external panel solicitors to ensure efficient management of instructions and ensuring all cases are progressing in line with agreed KPI's.Liaise with external panel firms to agree monthly reporting metrics and updating internal systems to reflect the management of cases.Review and approve cases prior to issuing proceedings ensuring compliance with the CCMA before proceedings are issued.Review and approve cases prior to issuing instructions seeking an Order for Possession to ensure all efforts to resolve the situation/come to an arrangement.Review and approve cases prior to appointing a Receiver to ensure a full file review has been undertaken by case management and requisite powers to progress a Receiver appointment.Role Requirements: Litigation, Property and Banking skills – 2+ years' minimum.Knowledge of regulatory environment to include CPC, SME and Code of Conduct on Mortgage Arrears.Proven ability to implement and manage processes.Excellent analytical skills and reporting skills.Excellent PC skills (use of database, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent organisation and time management skills.Excellent communication skills.If you are interested in this role please apply today or contact ****** for more information.
