AtBracken Recruitment we are working with ourDublin 2 based Insurance Industry Client to recruit for a qualified solicitorto join their Financial Lines team.

Reporting directly to the Head of the Financial Lines, you will handle and resolve high quantum financial lines claims under a delegated authority pursuant to SLA and with adherence to Claims Process best Practice.
Knowledge and Skills: A strong technical knowledge of handling claims across various professions Managing a portfolio of claims, (130-150), effectively and efficiently.
Proven experience in claims handling, including in relation to cover advises, liability determination, reserve recommendations and establishing a resolution strategy.
Ability to manage panel and experts both in respect of adherence to SLA obligations and reporting recommendations.
Active involvement and commitment to maintain and develop relationships with clients.
Engage and foster trusting relationships with stakeholders, including brokers and underwriters.
Experience in attendance at court, settlements, and mediation.
Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor or CIP.
5 years minimum experience in financial lines claims handling.
