We are looking for a technically strong Solution Architect to join the Acquisitions team. You will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions, including Microsoft Business Central to meet various business needs. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of Microsoft Business Central and its capabilities.
Responsibilities include:Design and architect end-to-end IT solutions across core systems, network and security, end-use computing, and eCommerce.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand acquisition strategies and objectives while aligning IT solutions with the overarching Musgrave business goals.Create and maintain detailed documentation of solution architectures, design decisions, and implementation plans.Establish and enforce best practices for solution development and implementation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and business analysts, to ensure effective communication and coordination.Clearly communicate technical solutions and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Provide technical leadership and guidance across a number of projects and implementations.Minimum Requirements:A 3rd level degree qualification in a computer-related discipline with a minimum of 5 years working in an IT environment.Proven experience as an IT Solution Architect, with a strong understanding of ERP end-to-end processes and business workflows, ideally with experience in Microsoft Business Central or similar.Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable and secure IT solutions.Experienced in guiding multiple projects of varying sizes from ideation through to delivery.Strong communicator, comfortable managing the expectations of stakeholders and internal technical staff.Strategic and analytical thinker.Strong teamwork and leadership skills, an ability to create, communicate and support a common vision and direction.Relevant certifications in Microsoft Business Central are a plus.Musgrave is an equal opportunities employer.
