We advocate informed decision-making, ensuring our partners find the right talent in the right locations that supports their PA's needs. Our collaboration across Google leads to streamlined processes, minimizing administrative burdens and optimizing the extended workforce experience. We ensure Google's policies and guidelines are consistently adhered to.
In this role, you will need a history of stakeholder/account management/business partnership, a commitment to inclusive team culture, and excellent cross-functional collaboration skills. You will navigate ambiguity, provide clarity, and focus on results that optimize Google's extended workforce operations. You will directly shape Google's strategy in this space, impacting regulatory, commercial, and operational decisions.

ResponsibilitiesSupport the development of senior leadership level communication for Alphabet-wide circulation informing changes in policies, standards, compliance obligations, and upcoming milestones on xWS enterprise-wide changes including key strategic projects.Leverage domain knowledge and experience in vendor management or extended workforce operations to support solutions and programs.Plan and execute work, contribute to, or lead project scoping, manage and secure project priorities, and advocate for resources based on long-term customer/stakeholder/business objectives.Support the development of processes for high-profile cross-functional initiatives including business capacity planning, escalations management, and troubleshooting.Collaborate with managers and cross-functional stakeholders to define solutions for problems by researching and assessing varied approaches leveraging new ideas.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
