Solutions Engineer

Work at the forefront of the FreightTech wave digitizing global supply chains and working with some of the world's largest trucking companies helping them optimise their operations with our client's advanced data analytics platform.
As a solutions engineer with the Galway team, you will fill a pivotal role between engineering, product, and customers.
You will work with the existing solutions team to: • Help understand and document customer requirements • Work with customers to understand their challenges and collaborate on possible solutions • Work with the engineering team to develop new solutions • Manage solution delivery including documentation and customer or stakeholder communications • Participating in technical sales demonstrations where required • Answer any technical customer questions and update our knowledge base as required • Suggest and work with product team to develop internal tools to enable better solutions engineering Qualifications: • A minimum level 8 degree in an engineering, software, or data-related course • Experience with data visualisations, business analytics beneficial but not required • Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail • Previous experience working in a software team environment is beneficial • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and to take the initiative This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and work on challenging projects.
