What you can expect We are seeking a Solutions Operations Analyst to support the design and implementation of the team's operational framework (Processes, Systems, and Tools). You will be responsible for RFI/RFP, ensuring all responses and proposals maintain a consistently high standard of quality. As we scale activities globally, you will evolve our Demo and EVAL/Trial platform to deliver the same world-class 'Workvivo Experience' to prospects. This will also involve supporting solutions leadership in establishing important people processes as we grow our team. You will create and present key performance indicators, activity reports, and all related activities. Lastly, you will represent the solutions team on internal cross-functional projects and programs.
