BASIC QUALIFICATIONS2+ years of software development, or 2+ years of technical support experienceExperience scripting in modern programming languagesExperience troubleshooting and debugging technical systemsKnowledge of web services, distributed systems, and web application developmentKnowledge of networking protocols such as HTTP, DNS and TCP/IPExperience working with REST API based servicesExperience with REST web services, XML, JSONExperience using SQL-based relational databasesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience scripting in one or more languages (e.g. Bash, Python, Perl, Ruby)Experience using GitKnowledge of IT Support processes and SLA managementKnowledge of OpenAPI specification and toolsAutomating DevOps tasks including CI/CD, infrastructure management, software testing, and production monitoring
