the old market bar bandon is looking for a full-time Sous Chef who will be in charge of preparing specific food items and meal components at your station.
The Role:  This will be ideal for someone who's looking to make the jump up the kitchen ladder.
leading the kitchen on the head chefs' days off.
understanding and willing to learn GP'S  and labor costs in running a kitchen.
Requirements:  HACCP training is up to date.
Passion for food and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Enhance an already great team.  accommodation available for this position if needed.
