Teamworx are delighted to be recruiting a Sous Chef for a high end Gastropub in South Dublin.

The Sous Chef will report directly to the Executive Head Chef.


The role: Responsible for both planning and directing the preparation of food in the kitchen
Monitoring, training and mentoring all of the Kitchen Team
Overseeing the entire Kitchen operation in the absence of the Executive Head Chef
Assisting the Executive Head Chef in menu planning, purchasing, stock and rosters
Ensuring all food leaves the kitchen at exceptional standards
The ideal candidate: Minimum of 7 years Kitchen experience
Ideally this role will suit someone ready to step into a Head Chef role
Experience with fine dining or high end food essential
What's on offer: Salary of €42,000 - €45,000
