Spa Attendant

The Spa Attendant at Cliff House Hotel plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the spa facilities and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
This individual will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the spa, assisting guests, and supporting the spa team in providing a serene and luxurious environment.
Guest Service: Greet and assist guests as they arrive at the spa.
Provide information about spa services, treatments, and facilities.
Ensure guests are comfortable and have everything they need during their visit.
Facility Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, bath's, changing rooms, and general areas.
Ensure that towels, robes, and other amenities are readily available and stocked.
Regularly check and clean spa equipment and facilities.
Health & Safety:  To ensure that company and statutory hygiene standards are maintained.
To ensure that you are clean, tidy, and dressed in you correct uniform at all times.
Experience: Previous experience in a spa, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred.
Skills: Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
