Oversee scheduling, people management, and inventory control.
Consistently exceed guest expectations in service and treatments.
Maintain exceptional standards in our Spa and onsite fitness centre.
Ensure a welcoming, clean, and well-maintained environment for our guests.
Provide coaching, motivation, and professional development for the spa and leisure team.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment.
Plan and drive the departments profitability through strategic planning, budgeting, and revenue generation initiatives.
Stay abreast of the latest spa and wellness trends.
Curate innovative treatment menus and service offerings to enhance the guest experience in the Spa.
The Ideal Candidate: 3-5 years of experience in spa management within a hotel setting.
Proven success in exceeding guest expectations and driving revenue growth.
Strong ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
In-depth knowledge of spa operations, including treatment protocols, scheduling software, and health and safety regulations.
A commitment to wellness and the hospitality industry, with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
