The Ciyin Spa and Wellness Centre are currently recruiting a Receptionist within our team.
This role requires an excellent individual with impeccable presentation, excellent communication & organisational skills combined with a professional telephone manner.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask and strong attention to detail.
This role will involve weekend work.
Requirements: The successful applicant must have impeccable presentation, excellent communication & organisational skills combined with a professional telephone manner.
Answering the telephone professionally and booking appointments accurately for all treatment rooms, allocating the appropriate therapist and taking all relevant guest requests/details and entering onto the reception system.
Welcoming guests and ensuring all reception areas are presentable at all times.
Dealing with cash/credit card transactions, while ensuring all reports/machines/cash balance at the end of your shift.
Presenting the spa to the guests and explaining the spa's facilities Maximising Sales opportunities Meeting guests in the Hydrotherapy area and providing an explanation of how each of the facilities works including the Mud Rasul, Hamam Steam, Herb Sauna and Salt Grotto.
