Job Summary: We are seeking skilled and passionate Spa Therapists to join our expanding team.
In this role, you will deliver exceptional face and body treatments while creating a memorable experience for our guests.
Our spa features 14 individual treatment rooms, a Hammam massage room, a wet flotation room, a dry flotation room, a Serail mud chamber, an aroma steam room, a sauna, a Jacuzzi, and a beautiful indoor-outdoor swimming pool, along with an outdoor hot tub beside Ballycreen Brook.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional face and body treatments according to The Wells Spa standards, using organic and results-driven products.
Advise guests on suitable treatments and products to enhance their spa experience.
Provide outstanding guest service, ensuring every visitor leaves with unforgettable memories.
Promote and upsell treatments and retail products to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the spa facilities.
Participate in ongoing training to refine skills and knowledge of our unique body and skincare ranges, including VOYA, ILA, and FLOURISH.
Qualifications: Fully qualified with experience in a similar role.
Certifications in both facial and body treatments at CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or ITEC level.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Flexible including availability on weekdays, weekends and holidays.
