Responsibilities: Build the client baseManage pipeline and develop long-term strategiesSupport peers' successExhibit values of accountability and effortGuide and support new Account ExecutivesExpand skill set through adjacent tasksRequirements: Fluent Spanish Speaker2+ years of experience with net-new revenue quota and consistent overachievement in MarTech SaaS salesExperience selling to C-Suite/Marketing personas and knowledge of Ecommerce/Retailers/BrandsExperience in high-velocity, high-volume sales environments with multiple stakeholdersFluent in English & SpanishMotivated by exceeding goals, resilient to rejection, and embracing failure as a learning opportunityStrong growth mindset and continuous improvementSkilled in influencing and relationship buildingEncouraging, thoughtful, engaging, and energetic team playerFull authorization to work in Ireland without restrictionsLocation:Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid 3 days p/w in office)
