We have 3 network teams in Blanchardstown, Blakestown & Cabra.
You will be joining dynamic, family centred, interdisciplinary teams with excellent access to supervision and support from team.
The successful candidates will required to work as part of an Interdisciplinary Team that provide services to 0-18 year old children and young persons with complex needs.
The candidates will work in partnership with families within a family centred model. REQ: 27279 Essential: · Possess the Certificate in Health Service Skills or Healthcare Support at Level 5 on the National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ) maintained by Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI).
· Must be eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland
· Full Clean Driving licence and use of a car
· Candidates must have the personal competence and capacity to properly discharge the duties of the role.
· Understanding of children First policy
Desirable · Experience working with children with disability and their families.
· Experience working as part of a team.
· Any relevant post graduate training specific to child disability services.
