Speech And Language Therapist, Senior (Bantry General Hospital)

Details of Service: The SLT department in Bantry General Hospital consists of 1.8 Senior posts operating within an integrated model with the West Cork Community Healthcare Network.
The service provides assessment and intervention for in-patients presenting with dysphagia and or communication difficulties in conjunction with MDT team.

Purpose of the Post: To provide a quality Speech & Language Therapy Service.
To work with Speech and Language Therapy Line Management in coordinating the service to meet the needs of the service user and the objectives of the organisation.
To support and supervise students and staff as designated and promote continuing professional development.
