Job Description RecruitNet International Ltd  specializes in relocating qualified professionals throughout Ireland and overseas, we guide you through professional registration, job placement, visa, and employment permit processing.  We are hiring Speech & Language Therapist Posts  for a Nursing home located in Dublin, Ireland.   37 hours per week Key Responsibilities Employing evidence-based therapeutic practices to provide clients with one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
Working together to provide unified and comprehensive care with families, carers, and other medical experts.
Establish clinical leadership in the day-to-day management of the service by assisting and monitoring employees, assigning and prioritizing tasks, and encouraging a pleasant work environment.
Oversee, take part in, and contribute significantly to the practice education of student therapists.
As needed, encourage and take part in the instruction, training, assistance, and supervision of others.
Enhance the function of the Senior SLP and the service, for example, by doing research, planning, audits, creating standards, and providing ongoing education and quality improvement programmes.
Make sure that best practices are followed and that efficient procedures are followed.
Take part in the ordering and management of medical supplies.
Requirements Clinical Speech and Language Studies B.Sc.
CORU Registered.
Candidates whose degrees were earned outside of Ireland need to have the Department of Health and Children verify them.
This position requires a valid driver's license and access to your vehicle.
It is quite desirable to have experience with intellectual disabilities.
