Our client, a leading Irish law firm, seeks to hire a talented and ambitious Real Estate Solicitor with 1-4 years PQE to join its top-tier Dublin team.
This team handles some of the largest and most innovative property transactions in Ireland, with deal values ranging from €10M to €1B+ for prominent domestic and international clients.
You will gain exposure to a diverse range of work, including acquisitions, disposals, developments, financing, energy and infrastructure projects, commercial leasing, and notable property litigation matters.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a market-leading team shaping the real estate landscape in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities Advising domestic and international clients on acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development, and financing of commercial and residential real estate.
Supporting corporate and banking transactions with expert property law advice.
Handling energy and infrastructure projects, including wind farms and natural resources, with a focus on land development, planning, and environmental considerations.
Representing landlords and tenants on leasing matters, including pre-lets, sale and leasebacks, and ongoing asset management.
Working on cross-border real estate transactions in collaboration with the Northern Ireland team.
Partnering with litigation teams on property and landlord-tenant disputes.

Candidate Profile We are looking for a technically strong, ambitious solicitor who thrives in a collaborative, team-based setting.
You should have: 1-4 years PQE, preferably from a large or mid-sized law firm in Ireland, the UK, South Africa, Australia, or New Zealand.
A solid understanding of real estate law and experience advising on complex transactions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships and work across teams.
A commercial mindset, attention to detail, and a drive to deliver practical solutions.
