Health & Safety and industry standardsOversee the retention of company accreditationsLead internal investigationsFacilitate external investigationsManagement of Contracts and adherence to scope and contract obligationsEnsure operational KPI's are met timely such as application management, cash collection and project deliverables.Builds strong relationships with clients and supply chain, drives innovation, ensures ongoing alignment of services to client needs and works with the commercial teams to identify threats and opportunities.Creates and delivered key technical proposals to customers.Supports the Insights Service Delivery Managers to oversee the successful onboarding of high-profile clients within relevant team in accordance with the onboarding workflow.Performs under minimal supervision with accountability for specific goals/objectives.Works with the Technical Service Manager and Commercial Managers to develop performance improvement targets for quality, service, and efficiency of the operation.Job RequirementsPrevious commercial and contractual experience.Comprehensive Sprinkler industry knowledge and experienced in industry standardsManagement experience.Strong customer facing skills.Strong written and verbal communication.Self-Motivated.Creative problem solving.Personality – energy, drive and enthusiasm.Full Driving Licence.PackageCompetitive salary based on experienceFull time permanent role
